Program Description: SoftMayo LLC uses SMS text messaging to communicate with leads, clients, and business contacts for the purpose of sales follow-ups, appointment reminders, service updates, and business notifications.
Opt-In: Customers opt in to receive SMS when they provide their phone number through our CRM system, website contact form, or verbally during a sales call. Consent is recorded in our database.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your business interactions with us.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. You may also contact us at support@softmayo.com to opt out.

SoftMayo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
